Useful Information

Booth Assignment
Booth assignments will be made on first come first serve basis. Exhibitors may mention their preferred Booth numbers, but the organizing committee shall have exclusive rights to assign the stall locations.

All payments must be made in favour of "Triune (Pte) Limited", through IFIC Bank Limited, Naya Paltan Branch, Dhaka, Bangladesh, favouring Account No. 1020195041041, Swift Code : IFICBDDH vide Bank Transfer. Bank Transfer costs are on the part of the participants.

How to Participate
Registration form, duly filled in along with full payment must be sent to Triune within dateline. Space booking or any Other registration will be made only after payment is received.

Accommodation has been arranged at special discounted rates for all foreign participants and delegates. One night's deposit is required to guarantee reservation. Contact Triune for details.

Booth Installation
Triune (Pte) Limited will be the official contractor for booth installation. All information along with stall design to be sent to Triune no later than 31 May, 2020.

Liabilities and Insurance
MedExpo shall not be liable for loss or damage of any exhibit. Exhibitors are advised to insure their exhibits against theft, loss or damage, including the risk of fire.

Removal of Exhibits
NO removal or delivery Of exhibition materials in or out of the exhibition hall during the exhibition period will be allowed without prior permission from the exhibition authorities.

Stringent security measures will be taken to protect the exhibition venue by the MedExpo organizers and Hotel Management.

Logistics support viz. Telephone, Fax, E-mail, Photocopy, Photography and Sales staff or Stall attendants will be available during the exhibition on payment, with prior requisition.

Official Exhibitors Guide
Official exhibitors guide will be published on the occasion, on the basis of information furnished by Exhibitors. The Exhibitors are required to submit the details, they wish to get published in the guide within 31 May, 2020.

Cancellation of Stall Booking
Cancellation of stall booking may be made in writing before 31 May, 2020, 50% Of the stall registration fees will be deducted for cancellation. No cancellation request will be entertained after the dateline.
